Description

House Paradise is located in Neos Marmaras, in Sithonia Halkidiki with year of construction in 2024! It is a detached house of 60 sq.m., which is located inside a plot of 250 sq.m., privately owned and fully fenced. The distance from the sea is only 150 meters, while the distance from the center of Neos Marmaras is 1 km.

The residence has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen-living room and a large outdoor terrace. One bedroom consists of a double bed, a wardrobe and an air condition, while the other bedroom has two single beds, under which there is an additional single bed, a wardrobe and an air condition. The kitchen-living room has a sofa that becomes a double bed, TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with all the electrical appliances you need. Electric stove, electric eye, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, etc.

Outside there is a terrace with a table and chairs where you can dine or sit with your friends to chat and spend some relaxing moments. Surrounding the house is a large grassy garden where the children can play while you relax with your company and friends.
